Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, and manage your Varen subscription.

Upgrading to Pro

  1. Go to DashboardSettingsPlan & Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro
  3. Complete payment through Stripe Checkout

Your plan upgrades immediately — no waiting. Your API limit increases and hourly scanning begins on the next cycle.

Managing your subscription

If you're on Pro:

  1. Go to DashboardSettingsPlan & Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription

This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation

When you cancel:

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • After that, your account reverts to the Hobby plan
  • If you have more than 3 monitored APIs, the oldest ones will be paused (not deleted)
  • Your change history beyond 7 days will no longer be accessible (but is not deleted — it returns if you re-subscribe)

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used the Pro features significantly. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
