Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, and manage your Varen subscription.
Upgrading to Pro
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing
- Click Upgrade to Pro
- Complete payment through Stripe Checkout
Your plan upgrades immediately — no waiting. Your API limit increases and hourly scanning begins on the next cycle.
Managing your subscription
If you're on Pro:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan & Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- View invoices and payment history
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellation
When you cancel:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- After that, your account reverts to the Hobby plan
- If you have more than 3 monitored APIs, the oldest ones will be paused (not deleted)
- Your change history beyond 7 days will no longer be accessible (but is not deleted — it returns if you re-subscribe)
Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used the Pro features significantly. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
