After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, we do not offer refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no partial refunds are provided. You may cancel, and your access will continue until the end of the annual period.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside the 14-day window at our discretion in cases of extended service outages or billing errors. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Downgrades
If you downgrade from a paid plan to the Hobby plan, no refund is issued for the remaining time. Your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period.
