Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our OAuth providers (GitHub, Google) or email OTP login. We do not store passwords.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the Service, including APIs you monitor, alert preferences, and feature usage. This helps us improve the Service.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We retain your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools do not use cookies for tracking and do not collect personal data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Send you alerts and notifications about API changes (via email, Slack, Telegram, or webhooks, depending on your configuration)
- Send daily summary emails (which you can configure)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Communicate with you about the Service
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase — Database and authentication
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Resend — Transactional email delivery
- Vercel — Hosting and deployment
- Sentry — Error monitoring and performance tracking (collects anonymized error reports, browser metadata, and IP addresses which are discarded after 90 days)
- Trigger.dev — Background job scheduling and orchestration
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI-powered analysis of public API documentation (no personal data is sent; only publicly available documentation content)
- Upstash — Rate limiting via Redis
- Cloudflare — Web crawling of public API documentation pages
Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. All change history, alerts, and scan data are stored for up to 1 year regardless of your plan. The amount of history visible in your dashboard depends on your plan (7 days for Hobby, 6 months for Pro). If you upgrade, your full stored history becomes accessible. Data older than 1 year is permanently deleted. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted immediately.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data
- Opt out of marketing communications

7. Cookies
