1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Varen (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Varen is an API documentation monitoring service that detects and classifies changes to external API documentation and specifications. The Service provides alerts, change history, and analysis to help developers maintain their API integrations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Varen offers a Hobby plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes to pricing will not affect your current billing period.

5. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) except through our official API
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Varen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains your own.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Third-Party APIs

Varen monitors publicly available API documentation and specifications. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of change detection. The Service is provided as a supplementary monitoring tool and should not be your sole means of tracking API changes.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
