How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through two methods:
- From the app: Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Subscription. This will open the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel.
- By email: Contact [email protected]and we'll cancel your subscription for you.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again
- At the end of the billing period, your account reverts to the Hobby plan
- Your monitored APIs beyond the Hobby limit (3) will be paused, not deleted
- Your change history is stored for up to 1 year, but only 7 days will be visible on the Hobby plan. If you resubscribe, your full history becomes accessible again
Resubscribing
You can resubscribe at any time from the Settings page. Your paused APIs will be reactivated when you upgrade.
Account Deletion
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including monitored APIs, change history, and alert preferences, will be permanently removed.
